As the nursing manager, you work closely and trustingly with the nursing center management and the medical service. Your tasks are largely based on the strategic goals of the center. The successful completion of the tasks thus has a direct impact on the achievement of the center and corporate goals. You are jointly responsible for safe and appropriate patient care in the sense of the nursing mission statement, quality development and quality assurance in our central emergency room and the affiliated ward in Benjamin Franklin .
You significantly shape the personnel management and personnel development of your future employees.

requirements
You have completed vocational training in health and (child) nursing
You have a degree with a focus on management or further training to manage a health and social service institution or you are willing to complete a corresponding further qualification in a timely manner
practical work experience in (deputy) managerial role desirable
practical work experience in the emergency room
Ability to set priorities, successful time management and solution-oriented action
Ability to make decisions and take initiative, very good communication and multi-professional teamwork
For you, patient and employee orientation as well as communication skills are a matter of course
You have a high level of motivation, a sense of responsibility, commitment and willingness to succeed
